The submission of abstracts is now closed. All participants whose abstracts have been accepted may present their work in either English or French (the language of communication and exchange) Participants may discuss and present their work (or works) in French. The information below will help you prepare your presentation that meets the criteria for ISTAS26 congress.
Poster guidelines (Template) Please click here to download key guidelines for preparing a poster. Posters must be in English. Please note that participants are responsible for printing their own posters. Please ensure you bring a printed copy of your poster with you. On site, each poster will be assigned with a unique poster code. Schedule for display and dismantling: Posters must be set up on Wednesday, 25 March, starting at 08:00 and imperatively before 10:30. Fixing material will be given to you on arrival. Please refer to the poster number you have been given to locate your poster board in the display areas. Poster must be removed on Thursday, 26 March, from 16:15 and imperatively BEFORE 18:30. The Organizing Committee declines any responsibility for loss or damage of all posters that have not been removed by the authors according to the above schedule. Any poster not removed after this deadline will be destroyed.

Onsite instructions: Presenters must go to the assigned room upon arrival or no later than 60 minutes prior to the start of their session to deposit their presentation.
