ABSTRACT SUBMISSION > REGISTRATION FEES

To ensure inclusion of accepted abstract in the conference proceedings, the presenting author must complete the registration process.and pay the applicable fees. 

The basic registration package covers a range of services, including access to all conference and communication sessions, an electronic version of the proceedings, and catering services (lunch and coffee breaks).

MAD : Moroccan Dirham ( 1 Euro = 10 MAD)

PhD students must provide proof of their status by submitting a copy of their student ID card or enrollment certificate.

The dress code for the gala dinner is traditional attire.

Participants may also attend the conference and presentation (oral) sessions virtually (online), under the same fee as the basic package.

The presenting author is required to pay the registration fee only once, even if up to three abstracts are accepted.

Only registered and fully paid participants of ISTAS 2026 will be eligible for the subsequent submission of their article for potential Scopus indexation. 

We would like to kindly remind you that:

- E-poster and poster presentations must be written in English.

- Oral presentations may be delivered in either English or French.

- Articles, including the abstracts, must be written in English.

- Indexed publication will be considered in two journals: one in the field of medical physics and the other in health sciences.

Important : To confirm your participation, the payment receipt (LastName_FirstName_receipt_ISTAS26) should be sent to the email adress istas@uhp.ac.ma, specifying : 

- The full name of the participant ;
- The format of assistance (in-person or online), and;
- The activities for which you are registering (means (1) Basic offer only, (2) Basic offer + Workshops, (3) Basic offer + Workshops + Gala diner).

For phD students, please attach a copy of student ID card, or enrollment certificate for the current academic year 2025/2026 (at least for the previous / recent academic year, or any supporting documentation proving that you are a phD student).

All bank charges have to be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Participants are kindly requested to check their spam or junk mail folders for any emails related to the ISTAS'26 conference.

N.B. If you experience any payment issue (for example, a double payment), please wait until the day after the conference and then inform us, so that we can take the appropriate action as soon as possible.
