REGISTRATION FEES
To have accepted papers included in the conference proceedings, at least one author from each paper must register. Each paper must be presented by one of the authors during the conference.
All participants, must complete registration and pay the applicable fees by February 27, 2026. Failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the paper from the conference program.
The registration fee includes various services such as publication costs in Web of Conferences, tea, lunch, and coffee breaks, access to all conference sessions, and an electronic version of the proceedings.

The organizing committee announces that only participants of ICASIN 2025 who have paid the registration fees will have their work submitted for potential Scopus indexation
- Present in English or French.
- Articles (including the abstract) must be written in English.
- The indexed publication concerns two journals, one in medical physics and the other in health sciences.
- Payment by bank transfer only.
(*)The payment receipt must include the paper ID. Ph.D. students must provide proof of their status by submitting a copy of their student ID card or enrollment certificate.(*) The registration fee includes conference Proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, and closing;
(*) All bank charges have to be paid in addition to the registration fees.
(*) "Bon de commande" are not accepted.
